I got a good back #workout in today which included Bent Over Rows. #getfit --------------------------------------------- Bend over holding weights with your palms facing in. Try to have your back almost parallel to the ground. Bend from the elbows and bring the elbows up towards the ceiling squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top. Slowly and controlled lower back down making sure not to round your back. http://ift.tt/2cPGJOK
