Healthy Weight Loss Tip of the Day


#HealthyDinner Idea: Oven Roasted Balsamic Chicken --------------------------------- Ingredients: 1 pound chicken breasts Balsamic Vinaigrette Ingredients: 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 1 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon minced garlic 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard black pepper to taste sea salt to taste 2 tablespoons honey --------------------------------- Preparation: Add all of the vinaigrette ingredients except the olive oil to a mixing bowl. Whisk until well blended. Slowly drizzle olive oil in the bowl as you continue to stir the ingredients adjust seasonings as needed. Add chicken breasts and let them marinate in the vinaigrette overnight or at least 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375 Add chicken to a baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.
